Tracy Pun Palandjian
Managing Director
Ms. Palandjian leads the Non-Profit Practice and chairs the Charitable Contributions Committee. Her broad range of consulting experience includes clients in both the corporate, non-profit and public sectors. Ms. Palandjian's work has focused on strategy development, mission definition, corporate social responsibility, and knowledge and innovation for foundations and non-profit organizations in the U.S. and globally. She began her career at McKinsey and prior to joining Parthenon was with Wellington Management Co., where she advised clients in portfolio strategies. A native of Hong Kong, Ms. Palandjian is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. She is Chair of the New England Advisory Board of Facing History and Ourselves and Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights. She serves on the boards of Agassi Graf Holdings, the YKPao School in Shanghai, and the Harvard Business School Alumni Board. Ms. Palandjian is also a fellow of the British American Project and a Director of the Hong Kong Association of Massachusetts. She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College, with a B.A. in Economics, and holds an M.B.A. with high distinction from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar.
