Mr. Hermacinski advises technology-based clients on corporate strategy. His advisory work focuses on growth through new market entry, new product introduction, and competitive market share gains. Additionally he assists companies on profit improvement through pricing optimization. His clients include companies in the electronics, software, telecommunications, industrial automation, specialty materials, information services, and life sciences industries. Previously he worked at Motorola as a senior engineer in the Automotive and Industrial Electronics Group and at the MITRE Corporation designing satellite communications systems for NATO. Mr. Hermacinski holds a B.S. and M.S. with distinction in Electrical Engineering from the University of London and a Masters of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University where he was an Austin Scholar.
