Volunteer Activities
The Parthenon Group members serve their communities through a variety of volunteer activities.
Since 2001, Parthenon has been a sponsor of Inspire, a fully volunteer-run non-profit organization of junior consultants from numerous management consultancies.
Parthenon, through its Charitable Contributions Committee also organizes community service events throughout the year for all firm members’ participation.

Inspire
Inspire is a fully volunteer-run non-profit consulting group that provides strategic management consulting services to charter schools and educational non-profits in the Boston area. Inspire is composed of associate-level consultants at Parthenon, Bain, Monitor and LEK Consulting in Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York.
Inspire offers social service-oriented associates at Parthenon the unique opportunity to apply the Parthenon consulting tool kit to creating tangible, concrete change in non-profits. Simultaneously, Inspire associates assume more responsibility and receive greater client contact than they experience during the initial stages of their Parthenon careers.
Almost all Parthenon associates volunteer to work on at least one Inspire case outside of their normal case load while at Parthenon. Parthenon associates also have been heavily involved in Inspire's National Executive Committee, including roles such as National Executive Directive, National Public Relations Director, Client Development Officer and Boston Office Head.
